Measure the packed cases

List the dimensions and number of equipment cases, including any that cannot be stacked. Describe fragile items and handling requirements. Do not assume that a passenger vehicle can provide specialist freight transport.

Check the receiving entrance

An event venue may have a visitor entrance and a separate delivery access. Ask the organiser which entrance is appropriate and include its address. A stand number alone is not a vehicle drop-off location.

Keep the schedule realistic

State whether you need a passenger transfer or time for unloading and waiting. These are different service requirements. Confirm the available arrangement before making a fixed setup commitment at the venue.

How do I book my transfer?

Select pickup and destination from the address suggestions, then add the date and pickup time. Review the vehicle offer and follow the booking steps shown. Keep the resulting confirmation and reference available for your journey.

How much does the journey cost?

The fare depends on the exact addresses, travel time, vehicle category and additional requirements. Check the offer in the booking system or ask for a personal quote. This page does not promise a fixed fare.

Where will I meet the driver?

For your pickup, use the meeting point agreed in your confirmation. Provide a full address and, for an airport pickup, your flight number. Contact us before the journey if the instructions are unclear.

Can I travel with children or extra luggage?

Tell us the number and ages of children and which child seats you need. Include suitcases, strollers, skis and other bulky items. The vehicle and equipment must suit your requirements and be confirmed.

What if my flight or plans change?

Tell us about any change to your flight number, arrival time or address as early as possible. Waiting time, adjustments and applicable conditions are determined by your booking confirmation. Contact us to clarify anything that is not specified.

Is my transfer confirmed after I fill in the form?

No. The form starts the booking process or prepares a WhatsApp enquiry. Your subsequent booking confirmation is what matters. Check the date, time, route, vehicle requirements and fare before travelling.
