Write a combined inventory
List adults, children, large cases, cabin bags and bulky items in one message. A party that fits the seats may still exceed the available luggage space. The complete inventory is more useful than a request for a particular badge or model.
Explain unusual dimensions
Measure a stroller, equipment case or long bag in its packed state. Include whether it folds. The operator can then assess loading needs instead of guessing what a phrase such as extra luggage means.
Check the agreed category
Review the vehicle category and luggage requirements in your confirmation. A photograph illustrates a category and does not necessarily identify the exact vehicle assigned. Ask about any feature that is essential to your journey before booking.
