Start with the arriving flight
Use the flight that actually lands at Zurich, rather than the first flight of a connecting itinerary. Add the local arrival date. This prevents an earlier departure date or an unrelated connection from being mistaken for your pickup information.
Identify the final entrance
Write the destination street and number beside the hotel or building name. Add entrance instructions separately. An address used for correspondence may be different from the entrance where a vehicle can stop.
Keep the confirmation available
Save the transfer reference and meeting instructions somewhere you can open after landing. If the instructions differ from your own note, ask for clarification before the journey. Do not assume a terminal or meeting point that has not been confirmed.
