Describe the entrance
A square or a large building is not a complete meeting point. Supply the street, building number and agreed entrance. For a pedestrian area, arrange a legally accessible pickup point: a booking does not grant vehicle access.
Separate pickup from arrival
Enter the requested pickup time and add the time you need to reach your appointment. Include the walk from the vehicle to the entrance in your planning. A return after dinner or an event needs its own time and meeting point.
Plan for the whole party
Include adults, children and bags together. Add pushchairs or bulky items before choosing a vehicle. Review the route, time, offer and extras in the reservation flow; the confirmation records the agreed details.
