Write down the sequence
List the starting address, intermediate address and airport in the desired order. State whether someone will board at the stop, luggage will be collected or waiting time is needed. These are different requirements for the same route.
Specify the time needed
A quick roadside pickup needs different planning from a visit inside a building. Estimate how long you would like to stop and have the entire schedule confirmed. Extra stops are not automatically included in the original offer.
Report changes in one message
When making a change, send the complete new sequence together with the booking reference. Several separate messages with different addresses can make it harder to match the details. The most recently confirmed journey order is the one that applies.
