The longest bag is decisive
Measure the longest item of luggage, including its cover. Put the length and number of items in the enquiry instead of simply saying “sports luggage”. Add the regular suitcases and hand luggage, which must all be loaded together.
Seats remain part of the planning
An empty seat does not automatically mean that a long board can be carried there safely. Always include people and luggage in the same enquiry. The suitable vehicle category depends on both.
Recheck the return journey
Before the return journey, compare the actual packing list with the original booking. Rented equipment, extra bags or additional passengers may require different vehicle arrangements. Report such changes before pickup.
