The entrance is part of the address
A square name or a large building does not yet define a meeting point. Give the street, building number and agreed entrance. In a pedestrian zone, agree on a legally accessible pickup point; a booking is not a vehicle access permit.
An appointment has two times
Give your requested pickup time and add the time by which you need to be at your destination. Allow for the walk from the vehicle to the entrance. For a return after a restaurant visit or event, give a separate time and meeting point.
One journey for everyone travelling
Record adults, children and bags together. Add pushchairs or bulky items before choosing the vehicle. Check the route, time, price and additional services during the booking process; only the confirmation contains the agreed details.
