A request with a reference point
Write the street, building number and postcode together in the pickup address. An addition such as “hotel entrance on the side street” belongs in the notes. This keeps the address usable for route calculation and the description understandable for the driver.
Distinguish departure time from pickup time
The flight departure time is information for planning, not an agreed pickup appointment. Enter the requested pickup time in the designated field and give the flight separately. Before submitting, check that both details refer to the same travel day.
Check the confirmation
Compare the confirmed route with your journey note. Are the pickup point, direction of travel and number of people correct? Keep the booking reference together with the confirmation so that later enquiries can be clearly matched to it.
