The direction changes
On the outward journey, the accommodation is usually the starting point; on the return, it is the airport. Check both directions in the form. Simply reversing the addresses does not supply a new flight number or a suitable time.
Enter the return flight with its date
Copy the actual local arrival time and arrival day from the itinerary. Particularly on overnight flights, the date may differ from the departure day. Check each journey in its own confirmation.
Assign changes to a specific journey
When making a change, state explicitly whether it concerns the outward or return journey and give the relevant reference. A change in one direction should not be understood as a change to both journeys. Clarify the price and conditions again if necessary.
